The Tribe Project's flagship Artist Accelerator program is a three month incubator designed to build the creative & entrepreneurial muscles of industrious, precocious artists based in the Los Angeles area. Our program is architected to not only provision creators a space to refine their creative flows, but to provide an environment for mastering the supply-chain connecting artistry to audience.
As an art agnostic organization, we have creators from different crafts & backgrounds collaborating, cross-educating & cross-promoting to break out of their creative tunnel visions for a broader artistic perspective. By reaching across creative domains, the necessary levers get pulled for our artists to break down internal walls & tap into springboards for innovation.

The Artist Accelerator program is driven by an undercurrent of storytelling. We strive to uncover 'The Hero's Journey' archetype within each of our artists & then weave their narratives with compelling composition to spellbindingly capture the imagination of their audience. In essence, we aim to harness the narrative arc that optimizes consumer engagement & creates a frictionless pathway bridging creation to consumption.

Our accelerator program acts as a think-tank, building awareness of consumer behavior & media consumption patterns to bring unique value propositions at scale. As our artists hone their craft, we leverage content creation models & Artist/Market Fit analysis to methodically timetable distribution of creative story, followed by the rigorous measurement of consumption data to unpack market behavior patterns. Through constant innovation and attention arbitrage, pivots will be made in our program blueprints to continuously refine our approach.
The finish line for our program is to instill an entrepreneurial-spirit within our artists which provides them the creative license necessary for expansion of both their artistic & commercial growth curves.
