Volunteer & Mentorship:
The Tribe Project is obsessed with giving all team-members a voice and the necessary pathways to directly map contribution to impact. Period. Full stop.
That is why we follow the principle of skill-based volunteerism rather then bringing on help to just spin through clerical tasks. We believe every mind that enters the workshop should be part of the cause and should be a contributing member of our organization. We hope to build alliances with passionate volunteers/mentors that bring technical skillsets, a creative vision and the entrepreneurial-spirit to our nonprofit collective.
Our target is for each individual (Artists, directors, team-members, volunteers, mentors) to be a force multiplier that helps all boats rise with the tide.
Technical Skillsets Desired:
Skills that assist our artists drive content strategy (Graphic designers, sound engineers, wordsmiths, filmmakers, marketing consultants, brand developers, data analyst, etc)
Skills that assist our artists with performing and streaming live audio-visual performances (Visual artists, IT, etc)
Experience mentoring creatives to drive breakthrough results
Legal and accounting support
A background in cultivating gifts from major donors & foundations
A background in grant writing
