| The Creative Workshop |
coming soon to Venice Beach, CA
We are striving to make our upcoming Venice Beach, CA based workshop feel like an oversized sandbox where ideas can be dreamt up & tested out without fear of failure in an openminded community. The studio space is being concepted as a laboratory where creators can gather to experiment with composition, storytelling & their creative practices for the unearthing of innovation.
Our studio will be a hub for artistry & is being designed to champion flow state for our creators. We aim for an aesthetic that cultivates fluid workflow & allows our artists to move their creations from mind to medium as efficiently as possible.
The studio will include open design/creation/collaborative space, equipment for various artistic domains, whiteboard walls & a 'war room' area for strategy sessions.
Why Does The Tribe Project need a Studio?
It’s easy to collaborate online in today's digital climate, however it’s even easier to be isolated & operate under the heel of a disrupted headspace, which ultimately raises noise-levels against the artistic signal of a creative flow.
Principally, we believe that creation is about the human element & having a headspace that caters to a growth mindset. A clear mind makes for steady hands & steady hands are required to create art that breaks down walls.
The Tribe Project is structured as a vertically integrated model which allows people in the supply chain of both creation & consumer engagement to be in one creative, physical space. This gives our artists the agency to produce compelling audio, video, written-word & performance content in a way that does not adhere to the four walls of culture as it stands, but allows them to break out & create culture.
