Qualifications
Experience managing artists & supporting day-to-day operations of programs
Experience concepting & branding innovative creative experiences.
Experience leading creative teams to drive breakthrough results.
Strong business/entrepreneurial acumen, with a solid understanding of how to achieve business objectives while meeting an expected brand standard and high bar for aesthetic.
Applicant must be based out of Los Angeles.
Growth Director

Looking for a director who can tenaciously growth hack on an economical budget.
Qualifications
Ability to generate creative program ideas so compelling that they will receive designated funding from major donors
A background in cultivating gifts from major donors & foundations
Experience with Salesforce & marketing through social/digital platforms
Ability to plan and execute dynamic, scalable go-to-market strategies.
Experience concepting & branding innovative creative experiences.
Experience setting, executing, and refining growth strategy.
Experience with grant writing is a plus
